Shipping and Processing Information

Processing Time:
Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. During peak holiday seasons, there may be delays in processing.

Incorrect Information:
If you provide inaccurate or incomplete payment or address information, your order may be delayed by 3-5 business days. We verify all shipping addresses through the USPS system for accuracy. If you’re unsure about your shipping address, please double-check via USPS.com (this does not apply to international orders).

Shipping Days:
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. Prostazen is not responsible for delays due to USPS shipping guarantees or unforeseen events.

Domestic Delivery:
Shipping times vary based on the method selected. Please note that transit times do not include weekends or holidays, and all delivery times are estimates. Prostazen is not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including material shortages, labor strikes, transportation failures, or natural disasters.

Refused, Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages:
If you refuse a package, shipping and handling fees will be deducted from your refund. For lost or stolen packages shipped via UPS, Prostazen cannot guarantee replacement. If you experience delays or issues with your delivery, please contact us at support@getprostazen.com.

International Shipping:
On rare occasions, international shipments may take 4-6 weeks, or up to 8-12 weeks in severe cases. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processes in the destination country. Additional shipping fees may apply based on the geographical location.


Order Cancellation:
Once an order is processed, it cannot be canceled. If you wish to cancel within 24 hours of purchase, please contact us immediately. If the order has already been processed or shipped, you may refuse the package upon delivery and notify us. Alternatively, you can return the product for a refund once we receive it back at our warehouse.

Incorrect Shipping Address:
It is your responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct. We cannot guarantee address changes once the order is processed. If the package is shipped to an incorrect address, we can only wait for the package to be returned. If it is returned, we can provide a re-shipment or refund.

Delivery Confirmation:
If tracking information shows that the item has been delivered, Prostazen is not responsible for items that are claimed to have not been received. If this happens, please contact USPS for assistance.


Returns Process:
To request a refund, you must return all bottles (empty, full, or partially used, including any “bonus” or “free” bottles) to our fulfillment center within 180 days of your original order date. Please include a note with the following details inside the return package:

  • Order ID (from your receipt)
  • Full Name and Address
  • Email Address and Phone Number
  • Original packing slip (if available)

You are responsible for return shipping costs and must provide a tracking number for your return. Failure to include all bottles or the necessary details may result in a partial refund.

Once your return is processed at our fulfillment center, you will receive a refund, which may take 3-5 business days to reflect in your account.
